The project featured broke ground in the spring of 2006 and is currently in the Trim Stage of development. It is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2007.This home was pre-wired in the Summer of 2006 with over 300 Low Voltage Locations for telephone, surveillance cameras, data, and home theater, and will be a modern showcase for what is currently possible in the home integration market.
